1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using DSGVO Konform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the service. Continued use after changes published here constitutes acceptance of the new versions.
2. The service
DSGVO Konform is an initial GDPR compliance screening tool. The free service includes the audit quiz, the risk score and a PDF diagnosis report. Paid plans (Starter and Pro) add the action plan, automatic RoPA, templates and continuous compliance tools.
3. Accounts and access
To use paid features, you create an account via email (magic link — no password). You are responsible for keeping your email access secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
4. Subscriptions, trial and payment
The Starter plan offers a 14-day trial without a credit card; the Pro plan is paid from the start. After the trial or subscription, billing is monthly (or yearly, if chosen) in EUR, via Stripe. Plan upgrades take effect immediately, with the new charge applying from the next invoice — no prorated charge mid-cycle. You can cancel at any time; access remains until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with prior notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the service for illegal purposes; attempt to access other users' data; reproduce, resell or redistribute the service or its reports without authorisation; or use the service in a way that harms its operation.
6. Professional liability disclaimer
DSGVO Konform is a screening tool and does not replace professional legal advice. Results and recommendations are informative and do not constitute legal opinion. For specific legal decisions, consult a lawyer or specialist consultant.
7. Intellectual property
The software, questionnaire, platform-generated reports and all website content belong to DSGVO Konform or its licensors. The report generated for your company may be freely used by you for internal purposes.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DSGVO Konform is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or regulatory fines arising from the use of the service, even if informed of the possibility.
9. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the service, you acknowledge and agree to it.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country where DSGVO Konform is established. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the company's headquarters, unless the law provides otherwise.
